Marco Gonzales is a Peruvian Executive Chef and Restaurant Consultant with more than 18 years of international experience developing, opening, restructuring, and scaling restaurant concepts across Latin America, the Caribbean, and the United States. His culinary journey began at an early age, but he quickly understood that exceptional cuisine alone does not guarantee success. Sustainable restaurants are built on structure, financial discipline, operational systems, leadership, and consistency. Marco specializes in transforming culinary vision into profitable, scalable, and operationally sound businesses.
